We recommend that you use the entire project to truly analyze the perspective of the children
towards the school.
•
Many times the children surprise us, giving importance to things that we did not consider
as important.
•
Many times they have inspired us to improve things at school and to be able to offer them
a better space and a better experience with us.
•
Many times they have helped us see the things we do and how we do them, in each area
in school, in a different way.
Ask Yourselves:
•
Are they perceiving that we are all about cleanliness and order or the value of the
experience in school focuses more on the exploration, the discovery and the learning?
•
Do they value all the areas in the school?, How?, What other thing can we offer them
according to what we have Heard?, What must change?
This is a project that invites the children to explore and to be 100% active and participating, and
the teachers to discover, as apprentices, that they discover the look and the perspective of the
children regarding the school.
The teachers will have to facilitate, observe and LISTEN with all their senses!
Necessary Resources:
Digital cameras that children at all ages can use
Volunteers, assistant parents that can support the children’s projects so that the children can go
around school and take pictures, measure, make plans and create brochures.
The parents need previous training so that they don’t influence the children’s decisions
