Letter for Educators
Dear Colleagues,
Imagination is a creative power that is essential for invention, innovation and renovation.
In simple words, our imagination will help us create something new or improve something
that already exists and consequently change our lives. What is more is that imagination is an
adventure getaway from our daily routine. Using our imagination we can be anyone and
travel anywhere. How many times have you imagined that you are someone else? Like a
famous actor, singer, artist or athlete? How many times have you imagined that you are in
another place on earth? This kind of imagination helps us to understand and appreciate the
uniqueness of every person and place and also to discover new aspects of our character.
Moreover, this monthly topic is extremely powerful for VESS curriculum as the creative
force of imagination has an important role in the achievement of success in any field. Our
students will be encouraged to use their imagination in order to invent an instrument, design
clothes or a building, draw an image, write a story and many more. The aim is to transfer to
our children the message that what we imagine with our eyes and feelings comes into being.
Imagination is the important ingredient of making things happens!
“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know
and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know
and understand.”
Albert Einstein
