4 Letter to parents Dear parents, This month we introduce the topic Imagination. Imagination, generally defined as the ability to entertain ideas that are unusual from current reality, is essential to various aspects of the child’s unfolding thought processes. Imagination stimulates creativity and inventiveness and therefore it promotes critical thinking skills and builds problem solving abilities. It also gives the opportunity to look at any circumstance from a different point of view and to explore past and future events. Imagination is not limited only to seeing pictures in the mind. It includes all the five senses and the feelings. A child can imagine a sound, taste, smell, physical sensation and feelings. It makes it possible to experience a whole world inside children’s mind. Hence, developed and strong imagination strengthens students’ creativity abilities and is an essential tool for recreating and remodeling the world around them. Through the exploration of this monthly topic we aim to help your children to build the skills that they will need to become flexible, successful adults living a balance and meaningful life, full of wisdom. Using our imagination we will travel anywhere and we will observe, analyze, consider perspectives, create, innovate, share, add value, imagine, solve issues, and have fun. We invite you to be part of this amazing journey and share with us imaginative experiences from home!!!
