Chemistry Facts: Explore different textures using the 5 senses. Explore solids and liquids
and encourage them to discover knowledge, find differences and similarities. Create a big
Venn Diagram with them and document it somewhere that it will be visible to them. Add
their pictures while they are participating in the activity to discover chemistry facts. Be
positive and creative. Chemistry can be fun in this age range.
Space Facts: Go beyond our planet and explore the fun topic of space with our little
students. Help students to learn about stars and galaxies, moons and planets. Name
shapes and colors you see. Allow them to create a painting that presents the space by
using their fingers and their toes. Create the space in the classroom and let the students
experience the space environment. Use a big carton box and glowing in the dark stickers.
Planet Facts: Explore the Sun and other planets of our Solar system. Present the Solar
system and let the students wonder through a variety of pictures. Create with them the
planets using paints.

Experiment and investigate shadows and reflections. How can you make a shadow?
