5 It´s ok if you disagree. What is important is to reflect and find that evidence that supports your position. It would be very interesting if you had this reflection as a group. Advise to remember every day: 1. It is important to take the risk and experiment acting as one more participant in the activity, project or conversation that arises. Give yourself permission to not know everything, to get to know your teammates (students) and that they get to know you. 2. Even the younger students can play an active role in the projects; give them the opportunity to participate, give their opinion, document their own way of thinking, using different ways: scribbling, isolated letters, drawings, words, etc. 3. It is very important to reflect on the projects that you carry out with your students and that motivate both you and them to develop them. cabo con sus estudiantes y que los motiva a Ud. Take notes of the activities that work as well as of those that don´t; reflect upon why this happens, ask your students for their opinion and make changes if necessary. Let them know your decision and why it will be that one. You will be modeling a marvelous reflective thinking process that is very important for them. 5. Have your list of objectives ready before carrying out any activity; be aware that your objectives can also change or increase along the week/month. 6. Promote collaborative work amongst your students.
