The power of VESS When we work to create balanced individuals who lead lives of purpose, individuals that focus their energy on accomplishing these purposes, individuals who know themselves but are aware of others and their value, individuals who see the whole picture and its parts as well, and individuals who use their skills wisely to add value to the situations they face, we live and create a VESS culture! With this in mind, we also live and create a VESS culture when we truly realize that these individuals are real, and that infants also teach us. They teach us to change the perspective we have of the world and the way we behave in our companies to generate more ethical, fair, free, and sustainable practices. VESS creates a culture of thinking not only in classrooms but that is transferred to the corridors, offices, homes, and community.
