A$AP Ferg, Buku Fest, March 2016
This is another shot from Buku Fest of a popular rapper named A$AP Ferg. He was one of the
bigger artists at this festival and ironically he was playing on one of the smaller stages. I don't
think I have ever been in a pit with this many photographers. A fellow photographer I admire
had posted a photo of him once slinging water across the audience. I remember her post saying
something about how to watch out for that if you ever shoot him, because the water can get all
over the press and get all over your camera. I kept that in mind during his first 3 songs that I was
able to shoot, and it was actually a blessing that there were so many other photographers front
and center. I love this photo because not only did I capture the movement of the water, but I also
caught all the photographers underneath him who obviously missed the shot from getting wet!
