I was born and raised in Ramsey, NJ. My father was a rock musician and my
mother a nurse. My childhood and teen years were surrounded by my father's
legacy and influence. My parents were ex- hippies and my father lived and
breathed his music. He would have band rehearsal in the house and as soon as
my sister and I could walk, we were taken to his shows by our mother.
From an early age I was in awe of his talent and fascinated by the wild stories
he told. I knew then I wanted to do something creative with my life, but it
took many years to reveal itself. He tried to teach me ho to play bass, ( his
instrument), and this did not go well. I became more and more interested in
music once I hit my teen years and fell in love with the goth scene.
Once I was 17-18, I started to go to goth clubs here in the city, most notably
The Bank and fell in love with all of the dark fetish imagery in the scene.
This gradually led me to explore the fetish and bondage clubs, ( Mother's,
Hellfire Club), and I was entranced. I started to play with friends and explore
my sexuality. I was so mesmerized with the fetish performances at Mother's
and wanted to be up on the stage but I was still quite shy at the time and
would not have known what to do if I were given the opportunity to be on
that stage.
The next few years I worked one boring vanilla job after another and felt lost.
One day I saw an ad in the back of the Village Voice looking for
dominatrixes and that they would train. I responded to the ad as I was always
curious about fetish and bdsm on a professional level and my life then took
an amazing turn.
I honestly thought that it would be a side job where I could explore my kinks
and make some extra cash. Within a year and half, it became a full time job. I
began to star in fetish and bondage films, model and then perform. In 2004, a
fellow domme was producing a show and asked if I was interested in
performing. I jumped at the opportunity and was thrilled to make my
performance debut. For the performance, another domme friend pierced my
chest and arms. I have always been fascinated with piercing and edgeplay,
and this was the perfect opportunity to do so while creating an act, ( I had
only been pierced one time before and was hooked ).
This led to more performances at other fetish events such as SMack!, The
Black and Blue Ball and Stimulate. As much as I love performing at these
type of events, I wanted to go further and expand my creativity. I have
always been enthralled with burlesque, and in 2010 I decided to combine this
