Vacancies occurring in any of the elected offices shall be officially filled at the next regular Executive meeting following the occurrence of such a vacancy or vacancies. The Order of Succession shall be followed in the filling of any vacant office during any unexpired term. If an officer declines to succeed to a vacant office, then an election shall be held to fill the office for the remainder of the unexpired term. The election procedure for filling the unexpired term of a vacant office shall be the same as for the normal procedure for elections. Yet, the President has the ability to fill all Executive offices on its level of authority if need so. In addition, the International President (Spokesman) status is not an elected position, it is a successorship. ALLAHU AKBAR AL'QUR'AN. ARTICLE 6. A. Appointments: The International President shall appoint, without approval of the Executive Committee, such positions as may contribute to the successful operation of AL'JAAUCOA-O (The Jihad ALLAHU AKBAR Universal Coalition Of Anti-Oppression). ARTICLE 7. A. Removal from office: Any officer, with the exception of the International-President of AJAAUCOAO, may be removed from office for failure to perform his or her prescribed duties by a two-thirds vote of the membership of the Executive Committee of its level of authority, provided that all members are notified of this pending action at least one week prior to the removal decision. Removal from office can occur either for failure to carry out the responsibilities of that office, or for actions which violate the purposes of the organization. Written charges by a member are to be presented to the Executive Committee who will notify the officer in question with sufficient opportunity given for the officer to answer charges at a meeting of the membership. Voting for removal from office is to be done by secret ballot. Yet, due to the purpose of AL'JAAUCOA-O it shall be the International President who will have the deciding vote on all levels of authority of The Mighty Organization Of AL'JAAUCOA-O, which leaves the accused temporarily situated of the Executive Committee decision until the definite answer is sent from the International-Headquarters. ARTICLE 8. A. Meetings: General membership meetings shall be held every first (1st) and third (3rd) Tuesday of each month, with additional meetings called by the President of its level of authority as needed. Notice of additional meetings must be given to all AL'JAAUCOA-O members in the most timely manner possible but not less than one week.
