79. Plaintiff: Plaintiff’s claim is not barred under the laws of the state of Ohio and the
First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States due to Statute Of
“…There is no statute of limitations for murder.
The statute of
limitations generally starts to run when every element of the crime has occurred,
regardless of when the crime was discovered…” Plaintiff Imam Mahdi began to
present charges with EEOC on 07-08-02 or 09-19-2002 (See Binder – II, Exhibit –
H, Page 25) and 10-27-02 (See Binder – I, Section Three, Page 1) and 11-10-04
(Binder – I, Section Four, Pages 1) and then on 04-07-05 (Binder – I, Section
Four, Pages 1 to 2) with the Cuyahoga County Clerk Of Courts.
Claims/Counts against the Defendant have been multiple Counts, Multiple- evidence,
and multiple offenses by the Defendant. The statute of limitation started January 14,
2005 after every element of the crime had occurred.
Defendant Fifteenth Defense Not Justified
80. Defendant: The imposition that punitive damages in this case is barred to the extent
that the manner in which such punitive damages are calculated violates the
Constitution of the United States.
81. Plaintiff: Plaintiff prays for judgment against the defendant - L’Oreal USA, Inc. for
Punitive Damages is lawful and Punitive Damages are not barred by the Constitution
of the United States.
