FIFTH CLAIM 42. IMAM MAHDI, plaintiff, incurred an injury to left wrist at L’Oreal USA / Defendant. Imam Mahdi was on light duty, in February 2002. Imam Mahdi was forced to perform a job that exacerbated medical condition by Defendant. Plaintiff – Imam Mahdi was called in a meeting by Defendant Jund Hwang and Supervisor Lou Trecarichi concerning my work habits as not being standard for driving forklift during a date between 01/03/03 to 12/02/03, in which I had to rap pallets.
