Imam Mahdi was on light duty, in February 2002. Imam Mahdi was forced to perform a job that exacerbated medical condition by Defendant. 2. Defendant subjected Imam Mahdi to having surgery on April 26, 2002 on left wrist by Dr. Seitz. 3. Plaintiff was still in the care of Dr. Seitz during the dates on 10/07/04, 10/11/2004, 10/18/04, and a date in January/February. Dr. Seitz has conclude that Imam Mahdi has permanent damages due to the initial accident on May 29, 2001 at L‘Oreal USA Products Inc. Imam Mahdi rights have been violated by Defendant. Defendant is in violation of Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Imam Mahdi prays for judgment against the Defendant L’Oreal USA, Inc. in the sum of $5,000,000.00 for each CLAIM and/or ACCOUNT.
