Caddis hatches aren't always the same. Aaron went into this situation having been successful fishing x-caddis a couple nights earlier. But this fish wanted nothing to do with the X-Caddis and an Elk Hair Caddis was needed to fool the brown. A perfect example that observation and a willingness to adapt are equally needed.
