different?’ But it all starts with the soil.
Keith: There’s so much that we still
have to learn from the soil. In organic
farming, you’re never sitting still.
You’ve got to keep your mind open.

alfalfa. They all seem to do really
well. We’ve got a variety of Viking
soybeans we really like, Viking 2188.
Kim: They were our top beans by far
on our no-till ground and on our tilled.
Keith: We doubled the order for it
this year. And then we had Viking
corn, like our silage strips. They were
