MAT-SU CHARR
News-Submitted by Michele Shapiro
Please join us for Mat-Su CHARR’s annual member meeting
September 16 th at 5pm at the Palmer Alehouse.
The meeting will be held upstairs in the party room from
5pm to 6pm. Refreshments will be provided. We will be
celebrating our members immediately following the meeting,
rain or shine, in the spacious outdoor area with live
music, food, drinks and prizes. Make sure to bring your
TAP card or food worker certification to qualify to enter to
win a $100.00 gift card to a Mat-Su CHARR member restaurant
and other great prizes. We will also be holding a
50/50 raffle benefiting Alaska CHARR’s Future Hospitality
Leaders Program.
It saddens me to say this event will be my last day working
for Mat-Su CHARR. My husband is retiring and our plan is
to begin snow birding. I will truly miss working with such a
great group of people. I really have enjoyed it. Please come
lift a glass with me as we celebrate you, our members!
