Sticky Chicken wings

Ingredients:

12 Chicken Wings

50ml Honey

30mlChutney

30ml Sweet chili

Salt & Pepper

20ml Worcester Sauce

20mlGarlic (optional)

Olive oil

15ml Kapana spice (Namibia’s secret spice)

Method:

• Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees °C

-(First wash your hands because later you're going to use your hands to mix the spices together with the chicken, creating that great marinade)

• In a bowl add your chicken, kapana spice, honey, sweet chili, Worcester sauce, garlic, olive oil and lastly salt and pepper. Mix everything together and make sure the chicken is well coated.

• Place a baking sheet paper at the bottom of a tray. (This will make cleaning up easier.)

• Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet & bake for 35mins

• Drizzle leftover marinade over the wings again & grill for 15 mins. Monitor it, so it doesn’t burn & then take it out.

• Serve it on a plate, sprinkle some sesame seeds on and serve with side dish (optional)
