Like the aforementioned book of Chimamanda’s, this book also tackles feminism. In fact, it encompasses and embraces the fundamentals of gender neutrality and discards partiality towards sexes completely.

If you happen to have thought of ever starting a family one day, it would be most beneficial to have these suggestions in mind. This book is relatively personal as it was meant for her friend, who had a young baby girl. She wanted to raise her daughter as a feminist and asked for Chimamanda’s advice.

Due to her friend's request, every reader of this book is truly lucky. Now we have a book that not only informs you, but empowers you as well. A Manifesto is meant to be a guide and this is exactly what this book is.

She writes; “I think it is morally urgent to have honest conversations about raising children differently, about trying to create a fairer world for women and men,”
