SPRINGDALE WINNELSON is always buzzing with activity. The
company provides plumbing and HVAC supplies to the booming
local construction industry. Sales reps stay busy answering phone
calls from customers, while others help people at the counter. The
warehouse bustles with crew members preparing and checking or-
ders to be delivered to clients. In its more than 30 years in business,
Springdale Winnelson has provided supplies for some of our area’s

biggest landmarks, including the Walmart AMP and Crystal Bridges
Museum of American Art.
Springdale Winnelson has about 20 employees, but they’re always
looking for motivated young people to join the team. Jobs include
warehouse crew members, lift drivers, delivery drivers, sales reps,
and even managers. Many employees have been with the company
for several years and moved up as they learned the business.
