Inside the 233,613 square foot hospital , doctors and nurses provide expert care using state-of-the art technology to help diagnose and treat patients . Arkansas Children ’ s Northwest is home to the only 24- hour pediatric emergency department in our region and is equipped with 24 inpatient beds , 30 Emergency Department rooms , five operating rooms and a helipad for immediate access to Arkansas Children ’ s mobile intensive care unit , Angel One .
