To start a career at America’s Car-Mart, you need to be 18 years
old, have a driver’s license, a positive attitude, good work
ethic and like people. The company’s values of compas-

Josh Trimble credits those values with his success. He’s the
service manager at one of the Springdale locations but
started out as an office manager. “I helped customers with
financing their cars, accepting payments and making sure
we follow all the financial compliance rules,” he recalls.
Within a year, Trimble’s hard work earned him a promo-
tion to service manager. He’s now in charge of helping
customers with any vehicle repairs they may need and

managing his branch’s repair budget. Trimble says his current role
helps him live one of the company’s core values – compassion.
