CRAM-A-LOT helps you grow not only your career, but also your
personal life. “Part of our corporate philosophy is to improve the
quality of life for employees and our community. That commitment
goes beyond pay and promotions,” explains CEO Chris Weiser.
“We encourage you to keep learning new things, volunteer in the
community and spend time with family.”
You can see that philosophy in action throughout the business.

improvements and when I left that line we were making 25 balers
a week to meet demand.” His initiative helped him get promoted to
a job in research and development.
“There is a commitment to helping employees find the right fit with
the character and talent they already have while helping them
develop new skills. This company creates opportunity by helping us
remove limitations to our own growth. I don’t think there are many
other companies like this.”
Engineer Rigo Chombo agrees. He designs Cram-a-Lot’s ma-
chines, builds prototypes and gets to see the final product. “This is
the job I’d been looking for since I graduated college. It’s every
engineer’s dream to see the project from start to finish. People don’t
let go of their job here because it’s
such a great place to work. Everybody
has the opportunity to move up.”
Mayra Carrillo says she found a home at Cram-A-Lot when she
joined 17 years ago as a temporary worker in human resources.
“If you need anything, you have
your co-workers. There’s a focus on
taking care of each other — it’s not
just about work all the time. It makes
me feel needed and appreciated.”
Carrillo worked different jobs after
high school but Cram-A-Lot gave
her a chance to get ahead and
move up in the department. Her
bilingual abilities also helped her
stand out. Her job now

Justin Sessions also moved
up at Cram-A-Lot. He start-
ed as a welder more than 13
years ago after learning the
skill in a high school agricul-
ture class. He began studying the
different production stations and
noticed ways to improve how the
balers were assembled.
“The line I started on was making
six balers a week. Then customer
demand picked up. I helped make

all the time.”
Cram-A-Lot takes pride in being a
place where you can start work and
build a successful career. Hard work
is rewarded with benefits that include
paid vacation and holidays — includ-

vision and dental insurance. The
company lets employees take
paid time off for school activ-

is a focus on wellbeing with
a health fair each year and
fitness plan that encourages
you to work out. The company
also holds quarterly lunches for
the entire staff and other events
throughout the year.
To join the Cram-A-Lot team you must be
