positive impact on your profitability. Raising your appeal to potential guests involves a strategy that includes many variables depending on your property. A website that features beautiful photos can go a long way to increase the potential for bookings.

There are differing points of view on the importance of an online presence in your overall marketing plan, however current trends show that consumers rely on images when choosing accommodations. The right photos of your B&B convey a feeling to potential guests which could influence them to book with you.

Professional photographer Marcus Berg’s experience in the lodging industry spans over 20 years. As the owner of Unique Angles Photography based in Keizer, OR, his beautiful photographic style captures the essence of each property and allows prospective guests to imagine themselves there.

Marcus is one of Oregon’s premier architectural photographers, capturing both the accommodations and cuisine of B&Bs, specialty inns, and both residential and commercial design since 1994. His assistant is Trisha Klopp. Marcus is well established across the US with clients at restaurants and wineries, however his specialty is the hospitality industry.

His distinctive connection to the hospitality industry developed back in 1998 when Marcus got married and he and his wife Kim spent their honeymoon at a B&B. They had a wonderful time, and every year on their anniversary, they stay at a different B&B.
