B&B Consulting Founder Rob Sales provides services as a consultant, former innkeeper, licensed broker and licensed realtor, to buyers, sellers and real estate agents, with a primary concentration in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
With 25 years of industry experience, Rob, who has lived in all three states, readily travels across them to meet with clients and show properties. He has in-depth knowledge of state laws, is familiar with the B&Bs, and has stayed in most of them.
“Our goal is simple,” says Rob. “We want to help fulfill your dream of owning and running a B&B.” If you are thinking about selling your B&B, he can help with that too. “I love the real estate business and the B&B business. Rob and his wife Jane attended an innkeeping seminar in 1991, and they were hooked. With the purchase of their first inn six years later, and a second one in 2007, they offer a wealth of industry knowledge as successful B&B owners. After selling heir inns, Jane remains a manager/innkeeper at another property, while Rob has shifted his focus to consulting.
