How can Activity providers help ?

Please be prompt to school , no later than 1.45pm for Infant Activities or no later than 2.45pm for Junior Activities .
1 . The Provider must hand over the children directly to the named parent or carer at the end of the activity unless the student is returning home on the Activity Bus .
2 . All children must speak directly to the Provider and inform who they are being collected by before being released .
3 . If a child is not collected on time ( 4.40pm ), please take them directly to the Security counter and inform the Activity Manager .
4 . In the event of any issues or concerns please inform the Activities Office immediately .

Activity Providers ’ Code of Conduct

● I will remember that students primarily participate in our activities for enjoyment and to develop skills and learning beyond the classroom .
● I will never ridicule or yell at students for making a mistake .
● I will be reasonable in my demands on students ’ time , energy and enthusiasm .
● I will operate within the rules and spirit of UWCSEA East .
● I will ensure that the time students spend with me is a positive experience . All students are deserving of equal attention and opportunities .
● I will ensure that equipment and facilities meet safety standards and are appropriate to the age and ability of all students .
● I will display control , respect and professionalism to all involved with the activity .
● I will respect the rights , dignity and worth of all people involved , regardless of their gender , ability or cultural background .
