Chicken & Yogurt Casserole

Ingredients

cooking spray

6 3-oz. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless

1 cup carrots, sliced

1 cup peas

2 cups nonfat plain yogurt

¼ cup 1% low fat milk

1 tsp. paprika

1½ cup corn flakes cereal, crushed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat an 11 x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray; arrange chicken breasts, and add carrots and peas. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and milk; mix together. Top chicken breasts with yogurt, and sprinkle with paprika and corn flakes.

Bake for 45–60 minutes.
