Here are ways you can improve this partnership to ensure a positive, effective outcome. FOCUS ON PROBLEMS, NOT SOLUTIONS Yes, that sounds wrong. But, to get the most from your designer, that’s where your focus needs to be. For example, if you’re worried the color choices won’t sit well with your audience, tell your designer—along with the reason for your concern. Let the designer come up with a solution.
