BLUEPRINT READING FOR CONSTRUCTION, 2-DAY COURSE
Everyone in the construction industry feels more accomplished when they can read and understand construction drawings. This
quick-start approach exposes participants to the fundamental nomenclature of construction drawings and specifications and
works systematically through the various disciplines. This course uses both hard copy and on-screen plans to fully demonstrate the
techniques being taught.

CONSTRUCTION FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: UNDERSTANDING CONSTRUCTION FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
This 1 ½ hour course will offer a review of the key components of a construction financial statement to include a balance sheet,
income statement, and WIP report. Review the use of a balance sheet, income statement and work-in-progress report, learn key
performance indicators, understand the “rule of thumb” for construction financial statements, and learn how to use the WIP report
as a monthly management tool.
