FLAGGER 4-HOUR CERTIFICATION TRAINING
Controlling traffic through work areas is one of the most important – and dangerous – operations in construction maintenance.
This certificate-level California-specific Flagger safety course focuses on the specialized job function of flagging. Every day in Cal-
ifornia, construction projects require the use of flaggers to assist the motoring public in getting through construction zones safely
and efficiently. This Flagger in California course will review all of the pertinent information and Cal/OSHA regulations related to
flagging. Insufficient training can be costly to an employer, as in California the city fine for flagging without proper training is more
than $600. This course is a must for novice construction work zone flaggers in both one- and two-person flagging operations. Expe-
rienced flaggers can attend this course as a refresher. All attendees receive a certificate of course completion.

FORKLIFT 4-HOUR INDUSTRIAL, WAREHOUSE & ROUGH TERRAIN OPERATOR CERTIFICATION
The program covers all areas of safe operation and maintenance, including operating principles, safety rules, recordkeeping,
maintenance, material handling and regulations. Participants are required to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of
the classroom concepts by completing a written evaluation. They must also participate in, and successfully complete, a hands-
on evaluation with a sample forklift (standard sit-down lift used for skills test). Once the training is complete, it is the responsibility
of the employer to train and evaluate the worker on each type of forklift in their specific work environment. Exam and hands-on
operator evaluation is given.
