PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As part of the San Vicente Reservoir Dam Raise project, this new
marina facility and pipeline project quickly earned the nickname “The Everything Job.” It
literally had it all, including grading and shoreline preservation; two booster pump station
buildings; a concession station; an eight-stall restroom comfort station; garage/office
building 1,880 feet of 48-inch diameter pressure pipe a 10,000-gallon storage tank; water
main; gravity sanitary sewer system; and boating facilities with a six-lane concrete ramp.
Some of the challenges included mandated stormwater BMPs due to the proximity to an
open reservoir, and strict ADA requirements.
