Specific issues addressed included: Support long-term federal transportation funding and “Hard-Hats for Highways” Campaign. Oppose AB 504 - Would have stripped control from Civic San Diego and restrict competition in construction projects. Vetoed by Governor. Oppose Project Labor Agreements at Sweetwater Union High School District and Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District.
