OFFICERS
There are 22 positions available on the AGC Board of Directors. The positions are distributed per the
bylaws in the following manner: six positions General Engineering Contractors; six positions General
Building Contractors; two positions Contractors; two positions Specialty Contractors; one position
Specialty or Contractor; two positions Past Presidents; two positions Affiliates; one position CLC
Chairperson. The makeup of this Board allows for proper representation of each of our membership
groups.
