AGC EXECUTIVE STAFF Eddie Sprecco Chief E xecutive Officer [email protected] Glenn Hillegas Apprenticeship E xecutive Vice President [email protected] Eddie was appointed Chief Executive Officer by the AGC Board of Directors, effective January 2016. He is responsible for implementing the association's policies and programs at the Direction of the Board, while working closely with the AGC Executive Committee, the Engineering and General Contractors’ Council and the General Building Contractors' Council. Eddie is a graduate of U.C. Davis with studies in Economics, Political Science, and Civil Engineering. Glenn functions as the chief executive officer of the apprenticeship program, and under the guidance of the board of trustees. Glenn is responsible for running all aspects of the program including education, strategic planning, government relations, administrative and field operations, and fiscal responsibility. Brad Barnum Pete Saucedo [email protected] [email protected] Brad is responsible for leading AGC’s public policy and local government relations activities, working closely with AGC’s lobbyists in Sacramento and Washington, DC. He also handles candidate endorsements, political fundraising, and coalition building. He staffs the Government Relations Committee, Political Action Committee, and various industry/public agency committees. Brad has a B.A. degree. Pete functions as a chief operating officer of the program and assists the executive vice president and board of trustees in management of the program, including administrative and field operations, contractor support, interaction with government entities regarding training compliance, and government relations to promote the interests of the program. Jessica Kovack Dave Ackerman [email protected] [email protected] Jessica is responsible for the internal operations of AGC, ensuring the association is operating at the highest level. She manages administrative staff, communications and publications produced by the chapter, including AGC San Diego's website, representation within social media, and technology strategies. Additionally, Jessica is responsible for the operation of AGC's suite of bidding services. She serves as the staff liaison for the Technology Trends in Construction Committee and the Construction Leadership Council (CLC), as well as the student chapter at SDSU. Dave is responsible for representing AGC in the State Legislature and at the Governor’s Office. He presents AGC of San Diego and AGC California’s positions throughout the year to ensure that the industry’s voice is heard on all key issues. He is responsible for working as a liaison with other statewide business associations. He works closely with Brad Barnum, and AGC’s Government Relations Committee. She also provides administrative support to the Meetings & Events Director. Ina has a four-year degree from her native country, Armenia. Suky’s duties include interaction with apprentices attending the Riverside training center, maintaining the out-of-work list and dispatching apprentices, and assisting the coordinator in serving as an advocate for apprentices in work or class related issues.
