GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
COMMITTEE
The Government Relations Committee ensures that AGC San Diego keeps a high-profile position in the “political arena” at
the local, regional, state, and national levels. This involves a continual analysis of all political efforts affecting the industry. The
committee annually develops legislative positions for distribution to the membership. It works closely with our legislative
advocate in Sacramento, with the AGC of California, and the AGC of America on all statewide and federal legislative matters.
The committee is responsible for advocacy of adequate infrastructure investment.
