Trustees are AGC members who have the responsibility to oversee the administration and management of the funds. The funds provide health and welfare, dental, vision, insurance, and pension benefits that are customized to the San Diego construction industry. Benefits are provided for both hourly and administrative employees, and comply with California Prevailing Wage and Federal Davis Bacon requirements. EMPLOYEE HEALTH & WELFARE MEDICAL PLAN During 2017, the AGC San Diego Chapter offered four programs under its Employee Medical Plan. These programs range from basic to comprehensive coverage. The Employee Medical Plan is designed to help employers attract and retain qualified employees.
