Africa’s only comprehensive sports magazine which brings you closer to your favorite athletes and sporting events, giving you insights into the inner workings of sports Organizations and Associations around Africa and the world, while educating you on a variety of sports and health issues, returns to serve you.
With many sporting events taking place in Africa and around the world this year (2018); beginning with the CAF CHAN event in Morocco this January, African Sports Monthly positions itself to robustly serve you and bring you closer to the action and excitement.
Most importantly for us here at African Sports Monthly helping African governments and communities as well as sports enthusiasts realize the true potential of Sports as an Industry and not just a vehicle for entertainment is key.
The World has changed in leaps and bounds over the last two decades, the technological age has brought us closer than ever and things will never be the same again. It is in everyone’s best interest to embrace change for the better, change that will transform lives and help each and everyone live life to its fullest.
Sports is transformative, it unites and consoles, and most of all it provides opportunities that uplifts people and communities. It is a tool for development and economic transformation and until that is realized no community or nation in Africa will ever comprehend its true benefit.
We take it upon ourselves here at African Sports Monthly to champion the cause of using Sports as a Tool for Development as we bring you inspiring stories of athletes and insightful articles of the transformative powers of sports across the continent and the wider Diaspora.
