My final word is for Sierra Leoneans, athletes, officials, administrators to recognize the fact that sport is huge and its potential are still untapped. It is a professional industry that can partly address the huge youth employment challenges the country faces. It is an avenue for investment.
It however requires, tremendous sacrifice to bring all of this to the fore.
Administrators have a responsibility to lower their egos and turn themselves into bridging ramps for others to freely associate with the sector.
The more people you have around your vision and philosophy the easier the task of accomplishing that dream.
