In the Western hemisphere we know that the USA and the little Island of Jamaica are the two most dominant nations in the category of fastest humans. But to be flat out pointed on which one of these two nations is the better, that vote will go to Jamaica.
Jamaica is a very small island nation with a lesser number of people than the USA. They also have less advanced training facilities to add to their disadvantages.
