The landscape of the buzzing Main Road precinct in
Kenilworth, Cape Town,has changed dramatically
with completion of the brand new Pam Golding on
Main multi-use retail and office development, which
opened its doors at the end of June. Revitalising
this busy, strategically positioned node, the ground
floor retail space is fully tenanted while the office
accommodation is almost fully let, says Peter
Golding, who has project managed the upmarket
redevelopment on behalf of the Pam Golding
Property group.
