Ecophon products were installed as part of the acoustic solution that treated the room acoustics of the large rehearsal and performance spaces, as well as the small rehearsal rooms. An Ecophon class A (meaning the product can absorb up to 100% of the sound that interacts with it) acoustic lay in ceiling was installed in the central portion of the ceiling in each room, with a surrounding reflective gypsum ceiling border. This enables sound to be absorbed in each room ensuring that the sound pressure levels do not reach uncomfortable or inhibiting levels and reduces the reverberation time within the room.
