African project Live Bait Restaurant we thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the project.” Aside from the floors and Grecian styled benches, the interiors of the restaurant exude a summery, seaside ambience with industrial elements thrown in (see the exposed piping for the on-tap craft beer and the hanging lights in the bar area. Designed by the Harbour House Group’s in-house designer, Amy King, the spacious interior is minimalistic yet comfortable, the focus being on the views and the food, yet quirky at the same time; notably the various fishing rods hanging horizontally on a rustic-finished white wall. Wood is a particularly notable theme, be it the chunky wooden tables, exposed roof trusses or the simple wooden chairs, while hints of blue come through in the cushions and certain tiled areas. With a clear design concept, full involvement from the suppliers and applicators along with its prime location, Live Bait’s popularity shows no sign of letting up. Click images to enlarge
