PwC TOWER WATERFALL CITY’S BEACON OF PRIDE The award-winning PwC Tower in Waterfall City is clearly visible from almost anywhere within a 30km radius. Not only is the iconic building constructed on the highest elevation point within the estate, but its twisting contours immediately capture one’s attention. A t the recent South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE) regional awards ceremony, the building catapulted engineering and consulting company Arup firmly into the spotlight with awards in both the structural engineering and overall technical excellence categories. In addition, the building itself was awarded top honours in the Commercial Office Development category at the prestigious South African Property Owners Association Awards for Innovative Excellence.
