Located within the greater Menlyn Maine precinct in Pretoria, the Time
Square development is an ambitious project that focuses on the smallest
details.
Symbolically, the biggest challenge faced by the team was time, or more
precisely the lack of time to bring the highly complex development to
fruition. In spite of the increased scope of the project and the accelerated
construction schedule, it was timeously completed in late 2017 and opened
in 2018 and achieves a striking presence in the local environment.
