QLD March 6 TAS March 15 In 2018, ANCAP has introduced new test and assessment protocols. ANCAP has implemented a common standard for the testing and evaluation of new cars across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. The function will be headed by keynote speaker Phil Enright who will address the basic cause of most incidents and present insights into mitigating the numerous risks associated with Fleet Management. Chief Executive James Goodwin will elaborate on these changes and the importance of vehicle safety in fleet purchasing decisions and encourage fleet uptake of autonomous vehicle safety technologies. He will also discuss how a vehicle needs to perform to receive a 5 star ANCAP safety rating in 2018– as well as how previous 5 star rated vehicles compare to the new protocols. The current demands on fleet managers varies from accounting and telematics to the management of drivers, maintenance and fuel. They are expected to improve safety whilst reducing cost and complying with legislation. “where to begin?” Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to learn new information, ask questions and to improve your overall understanding of vehicle safety.
