THE CONFE RENCE
Every year, AfMA hosts its headline event, the Australasian Fleet Conference & Exhibition over two days. Held primarily
in Melbourne and attracting over 300 delegates from across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. The Trade Exhibition is
included to provide an opportunity for Members to interact directly and personally with Suppliers to discover new and
exciting products, services and establish relationships with the fleet sector’s leading brands, marques and contacts.
The Conference Program Committee converge to deliberate, discuss and select a number of topics relevant to Fleet
Management professionals, designed to give them the ultimate educational and informative tool kit available in the fleet
sector. Keynote speeches from industry heavyweights, plenary sessions, interactive workshops and open discussion arenas
ensure a valuable learning experience each year. For the Members, by the Members, all AfMA Members are encouraged to
offer feedback and suggestions for future topics which are then considered by the Conference Program Committee.

AfMA recognises excellence and encourages best practice in all
areas of fleet management. To promote this, AfMA offers three
awards for outstanding performance every year: Fleet Manager of
the Year Award, Fleet Safety Award and Fleet Environment Award.
An independent panel comprising of members and industry experts
judges each nomination/submission. The awards are presented
during the annual Fleet Conference & Exhibition Dinner which
will be held in Melbourne. Nominations are available on the AfMA
website or by contacting head office in Melbourne.
