based in Cape Town offering various short courses,
supervisory, management and executive management
development programmes.
The aim of AHLE-X is to provide learning pathways for
delegates, taking people from skills level to executive
level through skills advancement.
Why are our programmes different? We create
experiences! Each learning programme is uniquely
designed to be experiential, allowing delegates to
engage in creative learning and immersing themselves in
the learning experience.
Our customer service programme, for example, allows
delegates experience customer service first hand and,
using this experience, examine how customers engage in
an experience at an establishment and it is each staff
member’s responsibility in creating this experience.
