How do people complain?
The number of people choosing to lodge their
complaints through the online system in 2014
continued to be the most popular option, with
87.90 per cent of submissions, however this has
fallen from 93.65 per cent in 2013. The drop
is due to an increase in postal submissions,
from 6.3 per cent in 2012 to 12.08 per cent in
2014. The majority of postal submissions are
complaint referrals from television stations,
which are not submitted through ASB’s online
complaints system.
