Water-Filled Flood Barriers
The AquaDam is a reusable lightweight flexible
plastic tube that, when filled with water, transforms
into a temporary flood barrier. AquaDams have
been used to keep floodwaters away from homes,
businesses, and even a nuclear power plant. Our
patented design incorporates (2) watertight inner
tubes, side by side, inside of a woven baffled outer
tube. An AquaDam can be turned to follow almost
any conceivable installation path. AquaDams are
made in standard heights from 1ft to 16ft tall,
although most flood water depths can be controlled
using a 4ft tall AquaDam. AquaDams are the best
choice for expedient, temporary flood control.
