Or obtain a paper application. To do so you can:
Download and print the Housing Registry form using the link above
Complete the online request form to have the form mailed to you
Call 1-800-834-7149 to get a form mailed to you, or go to any B.C.
Housing office to obtain a paper copy
You must fill out all of the information on the form, and either fax or mail it
to your local BC Housing office at: 290 Nanaimo Avenue West
