Provincial Programs Senior's Supplement The Senior's Supplement is a provincial top-up to the federal Old Age Security and Guaranteed Income Supplement, or Federal Allowance payments. It is paid on a monthly basis to low-income residents of B.C. over 65 years old. The maximum monthly supplement will be $49.30 for single seniors and $120.50 for senior couples and is paid automatically to eligible recipients. Seniors do not have to apply.
