New! Time for Help?
Calling all adult children of aging parents!
Your parents may still feel they can do
everything independently, but can they
really? In-home care services may be
the assistance you need. Whether it is a
companion once a week for an outing, a
daily visit for meal prep, or somewhere in
between, get an overview of the wide array
of services in which home care agencies are
able to assist. Discussion will also include
how to access local agencies, questions to
ask when interviewing agencies, how to
choose the agency, how to determine the
appropriate amount of assistance, and why
enlisting help sooner rather than later may
actually allow your parents to stay at home
longer. Bring your questions. Sam Aisawa
and Katie Moll
